Our leadership team has over 70 years of combined oncology, research and clinical trials experience, as well as extensive expertise in the Belarus healthcare system.

Our experience and expertise has allowed us to identify and contract with highly qualified vendors and medical centers in Belarus to conduct your clinical trials. Our network of highly trained GCP-compliant oncologists and medical institutions in Belarus allows for faster patient identification and enrollment while delivering high quality data.


What Drives Us...


Most people in the US have been touched by cancer in some way. In the US ~1.8 million people will be diagnosed with cancer annually, and ~606,000 will succumb to the disease. The faster we can help pharmaceutical and biotech companies bring novel drugs and new combinations to market, the more patients and their families will benefit.

"My father was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer in 2017. He received the standard chemotherapy which has a median overall survival of 9.5 months. He died in February 2018, 10 months after his diagnosis. At the AACR meeting in April 2018, just 2 months after he passed away, a new combination was sown to have a median overall survival of 22 months in this disease. Leadership Team



Danielle Sutherland, MS, MBA

CEO

Danielle received her BS and MS from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from Western Kentucky University. Danielle has over 13 years clinical operations experience at CROs including Covance, PAREXEL and PRA Health, as well as pharmaceutical and biotech companies including GSK and Halozyme.

Dannielle enjoys travelling, the arts, tennis and the occasional game of family badminton.

Joseph (Joey) Gaeta, MD

CMO

Joey received his BS in biology from Temple, a graduate certificate from UPenn and his MD from Ross University School of Medicine. He has spent 6 years in Medical Affairs at several companies.

Joey was a 3-sport athlete in college which included football, lacrosse and rugby. Joey enjoys travelling with his wife and 2 daughters.

Vladimir (Vova) Sirota

COO

Vova moved to New York in 1994 from the Ukraine. He became the director of sales for 9net Avenue for several years until he took a position as the operations director for a large medical practice in New York for several years,. Vova moved to Belarus in 2017 where he opened several call center serving global clients. He currently works as a government liaison helping start-up companies establish themselves in Belarus.

In his spare time, Vova enjoys playing in poker tournaments and travelling throughout Europe with his wife and 2 daughters.

Alexis Kertsburg, PhD

CMO

Alexis received a BS in biochemistry from LMU, MS in molecular epidemiology from USC and a PhD from Creighton. Alexis has spent > 13 years as a Medical Science Liaison with the majority of the time in oncology.

Alexis enjoys playing lacrosse with his 2 boys and traveling with his wife and kids.



Vadim (Adam) Zitser, MBA

CCO

Adam received his BA in Biology from CSUN and a MBA from University of Phoenix. Adam has over 20 years of sales management and operations experience, with over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Adam is currently the VP of Lenax Construction Services, a position he has held for over 8 years.

Adam has played hockey for most of his life in the US and Canada and enjoys spending time with his wife a 2 kids. .
